This project focused on the interior renovation of a existing suite with an emphasis on maximizing views of the harbor, enhancing occupant experience, and delivering efficient, high quality design solutions within existing structural constraints. The project also included the addition of a compact exercise room and shower facilities. Value engineering of FF&E was a critical component, balancing aesthetics, function, and budget by strategically blending new finishes with selected existing assets.
