This project involves the planning, design, and construction of a new satellite office to support the operational needs for a nonprofit healthcare division. The facility will feature a combination of flexible workspaces, hoteling offices for visiting staff, dedicated training rooms, a centralized call center, and a claims processing department. Additionally, the suite will include a dedicated IT department, consisting of private offices, open workstations, a fully equipped troubleshooting and service room, and secure equipment storage.
